Upholstered Products

Fabric:

Residential 1 Year Limited Warranty, No Commercial Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants to the original retail purchaser, for a period of one year from the date

of delivery, all upholstered fabrics against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfers. This warranty does not cover natural fading, tears, flattening of nap, pilling, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty also does not cover protective finishes, velvets, velvet types, and Orlon, since by their very nature, these fabrics are of soft texture and will crush, shade and mark more readily than most fabrics; these characteristics are in no way to be considered a defect.  Watermark Living™ will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Watermark Living™, or a repair center designated by the Customer Service Department of Watermark Living™, at no charge to the original retail purchaser.

 Frames Used In Upholstered Products:

Residential 10 Year Warranty, Commercial 2 Year Warranty

A 10 Year Warranty applies to all frames used in upholstered sofas, upholstered couches, upholstered love seats, upholstered chairs, upholstered rockers, upholstered gliders, upholstered recliners, upholstered ottomans, upholstered sectionals, and upholstered sleepers. Watermark Living™ warrants these components to the original retail purchaser, to be free from material manufacturing defects for 10 years under normal residential use. If a manufacturers defect should occur within one year from the date of delivery to the end consumer Watermark Living™ will pay reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Watermark Living™, or a repair center designated by the Customer Service Department of Watermark Living™, at no charge to the original retail purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the frame warranty covers replacement parts and labor only, and the original retail purchaser will be responsible for the packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.

Mechanisms and Springs:

Residential 3 Years, Commercial 1 Year Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants to the original purchaser all of the seat springs, back springs, spring clips, recliner mechanisms, glider mechanisms, rocker mechanisms, and sleeper mechanisms to be free from manufacturing defects when used in a residential environment for 3 years under normal residential use. If a manufacturers defect should occur within one year from the date of delivery to the end consumer Watermark Living™ will pay reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Watermark Living™, or a repair center designated by the Customer Service Department of Watermark Living™, at no charge to the original retail purchaser. After one year from the date of purchase, the frame warranty covers replacement parts and labor only, and the original retail purchaser will be responsible for the packing, and all shipping and transportation costs.

Cushioning and Sleeper Mattress:

Residential 1 Year Limited Warranty, No Commercial Warranty

We use all 1.8 high resiliency foam with Dacron wrap for our seat cushions. All seat cushion cores will soften with normal use and will conform to the shape of the user. This is considered normal wear, and shall not be considered a loss of resiliency or a material manufacturing defect. Within one year from the date the customer receives their purchase,Watermark Living™ will replace, for the original retail purchaser only, a cushion core in an unattached or loose seat cushion that has material manufacturing defects, provided that the original retail purchaser returns the defective cushion core contained within an unattached cushion to Watermark Living™ main distribution center. With respect to a cushion core in a seat cushion which is attached to the product Watermark Living™, within one year from the date of purchase, will repair or replace, at its option, for the original retail purchaser only, a cushion core, in an attached cushion, which has material manufacturing defects. With respect to an attached cushion, Watermark Living™ will pay, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts and shipping costs from the retailer to and from Watermark Living™ or a repair center designated by the Customer Service Department of Watermark Living™, at no charge to the original retail purchaser.

Indoor Rattan Frame & Finish:

Residential 3 Years, Commercial 1 Year Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants the frame and finish of our indoor rattan and wicker products to be free from defect for the original residential use purchaser only for a period of 3 years. If a manufacturer’s defect occurs we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Freight for the replacement is the responsibility of the original purchaser. 

Outdoor Wicker & Frame:

Residential 3 Years, Commercial 1 Year Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants the frame and finish of our outdoor wicker and frames to be free from defect for the original residential use purchaser only for a period of 3 years. If a manufacturer’s defect occurs we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Freight for the replacement is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Slight fading, soiling, and mildew growth is considered normal wear and tear on outdoor products. Neglect and a total lack of maintenance will void the warranty.

Cast Aluminum and Extruded Aluminum Frames:

Watermark Living™ warrants the frame and finish of our cast and extruded aluminum frames to be free from defect for the original residential use purchaser only for a period of 3 years. If a manufacturer’s defect occurs we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. Freight for the replacement is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Slight fading, soiling, and mildew growth is considered normal wear and tear on outdoor products. Neglect and a total lack of maintenance will void the warranty.

Cushions

Fabric:

Watermark Living™ warrants the fabrics we use on our products to be free from manufacturers defect in residential use for one year. Some fabric manufacturers may carry additional warranty and concerns can be claimed directly with the manufacturer. Please contact us if you need the mill information for your fabrics. 

Foam:

Residential 1 Year, No Commercial Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants our umbrellas to be free from manufacturers defect for a period of 1 year. Damage due to acts of nature, acts of God, or neglect are not covered.

Outdoor Art

Residential 1 Year, No Commercial Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants our outdoor art to be free from manufacturers defect for a period of

1 year. Slight fading is considered normal wear and tear. Damage due to acts of nature, acts of God, or neglect are not covered.

Table tops

Residential 1 Year, No Commercial Warranty

Watermark Living™ warrants our, glass, tempered glass, stone, and faux stone table tops to be free from defects in residential use to the original purchaser for a period of one year. A gradual increase in marks on the surface of the top and soiling are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered. A lack of cleaning and basic maintenance can void the warranty. Natural stone tops must be sealed periodically. Faux stone tops must be cleaned and have a quarterly application of spray automotive wax applied per the directions on the spray automotive wax selected.
